Return Policy Guidelines

When Ordering New Gas

• The return of cylinders is included for up to the same quantity as your new gas order.
• Please book a pick-up only if you are returning more cylinders than you order or if you only need a pick-up service.

Returning Opened Cylinders

• Cylinders in crates: Specify the number of crates for pick-up.
• Freestanding cylinders: Specify the number of individual cylinders for pick-up.
• Combination of both: Specify the number of crates and the number of freestanding cylinders for pick-up.
