Information about extra return orders

It is important that at each collection of cylinders or extra return of cylinders, there must be either empty basket (s) or collection of basket (s) in the order. Otherwise we can not guarantee that your (extra) empty cylinders will be picked up. If you return lost cylinders, a basket (s) must be added. Use material 600144 - industrial gas basket for industrial gas cylinders or material 602099 - gas basket for gas cylinders.

In an industrial gas basket, there are 12 50L or 15 20L industrial gas cylinders. In a gas basket, there will be a room for 12-13 gas cylinders (exception P45 - 8 pcs in a basket). If you return the cylinders that are already in a basket, you need to add material 503104 - collection of basket (s) to the order. The number of baskets depends on the number of extra cylinders you want to return.
